Cancellation Policy
At Alchemy Skin Co., each appointment is reserved with intention to provide you with a personalized, one-on-one experience. To respect both your time and mine, the following policy is in place:
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% service fee
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation fee
A valid card on file is required to book all appointments
